Transfer Policy

1. Firearm Transfers are $30 USD for the initial transfer and then $10 USD for each additional firearm on the same form, and shall be paid prior to the completion of the background check.

2. Firearm Transfers will begin to accrue storage fees after 30 days at a monthly rate of $35 USD. After 90 days the items will then be considered abandoned and forfeited to Brothers Firearm Shop to be sold.

3. If any transfer is denied then see the denial policy, if the item is to be returned to sender the transferee is responsible for all return shipping costs and transfer fees due to Brothers Firearm Shop. The Transferee may also sell the item or items to Brothers Firearm Shop less the fees owed for the service provided. 

4. Denials may NOT be transferred to another individual on behalf of the transferee to prevent any attempt at a STRAW PURCHASE. 

5. Brothers Firearm Shop reserves the right to refuse any transfer for any reason at our sole discretion.
