Refund Policy

1. All sales are final and sold as is, unless otherwise described.
2. If a return or refund is accepted it will be assessed a 25% Restocking fee.
3. If granted refunds shall be refunded in the same manor the payment was received. 
4. If a refund is granted, no funds shall be issued until the item is returned for verification of issues. 
5. Denials: If a Firearm transfer is denied IAW the FBI NICS Background check system:
-Firearm Purchased in Store
     - No funds will be collected unless the customer chooses to appeal the decision and wants the item held.
- Special Order Firearms
     - Funds are collected prior to the order being placed. If the customer is denied and does not want to appeal the decision there will be a 25% restocking fee.
